AppSpace can work with any video wall physical arrangement, allowing content designers to create applications without having to worry about manually splitting or slicing apart elements. This means that content with extremely high resolutions beyond HD can be placed on a single continuous canvas. Content resolution of up to 10 megapixels is supported. The 10 megapixel is dependent upon the number of monitors used (i.e. multiple of 6 are good for using all of the potential pixel output).

The video wall application can be accessed by permitted users and due to the flexible user architecture of AppSpace can be delegated off to multiple users to administer. These can range from content allocation permissions only, application editing and management or full administrator control. Additional sign-off protocols allow third party stakeholders to add to the success of the video wall but without direct control; administrators simply receive notification of new content and this is then signed off by the administrator before broadcast.
